What does TerraCore build?
TerraCore focuses on cold-formed steel panelized building systems and the design-to-delivery coordination required to manufacture and install them.
Where is the current production facility?
The current production facility is in Cangzhou, Hebei, China. TerraCore states 30,000 square meters of production space, 10 production lines, two-shift operation, and annual capacity of 3,000 sets.
Why use cold-formed steel instead of wood framing?
Cold-formed steel is dimensionally consistent, non-combustible, not a food source for termites, and recyclable. Final performance depends on the complete engineered wall assembly, including corrosion protection, fire, moisture, acoustic, and thermal details.
How does project coordination begin?
An initial assessment reviews project type, size, location, schedule, design status, code pathway, site constraints, logistics, and the information needed to evaluate system fit.
Can an existing architect work with TerraCore?
Yes. The architect can remain responsible for the architectural design while structural, enclosure, MEP, and manufacturing information is coordinated through shared project documentation and models.
